Each guest will be addressed in his or her language. There are beautiful hillocks, wide valleys, endless nature trails, parks and places where culture interacts with history. People bake tasty bread, prepare various other treats, make everything by hand, tell exciting stories and proudly show their farms.
Here visitors will find the largest clear stream in Latvia and the highest castle hill in Kurzeme, hear the legend about the first person who could fly, see the airfield from which the first gliders in Latvia rose into the sky, visit castles and estates full of legends, and hear the story of a Latvian Romeo and Juliet. There are lots of things here, but the cornerstone is local people who believe in, hope for and keep in their hearts a great deal of love for the region.
