Home Café Days

Latvia’s administrative districts, parishes, cities and villages are inviting guests to enjoy local culinary offers, as well as to learn about traditions and culture.

During this process, dining companies such as cafeterias, restaurants, saloons and guesthouses will open their doors to one and all, as will farms and local residents who do not offer dining or accommodation services on a daily basis, but are prepared to open their homes and farms as cafés so as to treat guests to the special dishes of their families or their region.

“Home Café Days” also includes various cultural programmes such as handicrafts, games, playing musician instruments, small concerts, dances, performances, etc.
